Format Payment instructions Concurrent program (where is it picking from and printing?)

Dear Friends,

We have migrated from 11i to R12 and in 11i Format Payment instructions Concurrent program was working fine and printing exactly on the paper cheque.However in R12 the alignment is lost and its printing on top of the paper.Can you please help us with this issue.
