Enterprise Manger Cloud Control 12c BAsic Licensing

We are running eBS 11.5.10.2 on an 11g Databse. We have an Enterprise Edition of Internet Application Server underpinning the eBS application. Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c is intsalled but not yet implemented. Out of the box, what am I licensed for if I use OEM in this configuration.

If you are running eBS 11.5.10.2 at the application level, are you entitled to use Oracle Application Management Suite for Oracle E-Business Suite?

If you are running an 11g Database, are you entiltled to use Enterprise for Oracle Database?

What elements of these incur additional licence costs?
