Payment Process Request Name Field - Personalisation

Hi,

There is a requirement to restrict the payment process request to a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 16 characters. I am able to restrict the maximum number of characters through OA form personalisation.

Is there a way to achieve the minimum number of characters as well ?

And also is there a way to only allow the users to enter numbers or letters for the payment request name and prevent entering spaces  or *_+@# signs?
