R12.1.1 : ADPATCH Session Left Invalid Objects Causing Significant Business Impact

HI,

Upon applying some application patches we experienced significant business impact on our manufacturing system.  The concurrent program ‘Pick Selection List Generation’ would complete in error citing:

SQLCODE: -6508 SQLERRM: ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called

After patching we noticed that we had WSH invalid objects in the database. 
We have a script that is run before and after patching to list timestamp discrepancies on database objects. 
When patching production we had many discrepancies afterwards, however we did not have these discrepancies on our test environments after applying the patches.
