Hi,
Is there oracle official document that states that it is not supported  to power off the system while database is running ?

searching i found disadvantage to shutdown abort and surely  power off has the same  disadvantages and more as it is only done
if you know a power shutdown is going to occur in one minute

http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e25789/startup.htm#CNCPT1301

also in
http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19455-01/805-7228/6j6q7uf0a/index.html

there  are information about file system integrity

Is  there any other documentation stating the disadvantage of power off ?and what is the difference between shutdowm abort and system power off while database is running?

Howdy, Stranger!
