apxldimg --- I cannot create the directory below when running the script

I am trying to run apxldimg on a windows 7.  I have Oracle 11.0.2 loaded.

I cannot create the directory below when running the script.  My unzipped images are in c:\oraapex\apex\images,  but the script appears to be looking it in c:\oraapex\apex\images/apex/images by default  ... this looks like a unix directory in the script.  Any help appreciated
