pkginfo corrupt or missing

Hi All,
I got issue when installing package. package installation failed and when i issue "pkginfo" command, it give me output of package name and at the end, it says:
pkginfo: ERROR: pkginfo file is corrupt or missing

when i check the corrupted packages pkginfo, i don't get any thing:

# for i in * ;do pkginfo -i $i;done|grep missing
pkginfo: ERROR: pkginfo file is corrupt or missing

i suspect "var/sadm/insall/contents" is also corrupted.

I need your help guys.
