Work Order Routing Text not defaulting from item routing

Hi,

We are encountering an issue (World A 7.3 cume 11) where the Routing text for operation is not defaulting the  corresponding item routing step routing text. This issue happens randomly but frequently for different items and different operation steps.. There is no consistent pattern which we could replicate it..

Example:  Item ABC for branch B1 has routing text defined for operation sequence 05 as -- "Degrease and then dip in Acid"

On a particular day 2 WO were created for that item branch..One of the orders defaults the routing text message correctly from item routing step as above however the second WO for same item branch shows up a totally unrelated message for the same operation sequence 05  (other operation sequence shows the text correctly..Apparently only the text of first operation sequence is getting overwritten by some other unrelated message)...
