In Warehouse management control board task not autmaticaly assign to user

Hi,

After MOPS run, my task get generate but its keep in unrelease status, its not automatically assigned to user. I am facing this issue in perticular sub inventory and user. Rest other user and sub inventory do not have issue.

I know, in 11i in WMS setup, we can see STD task type and there we can see resource which we have to apply for task and same resource we have to add user name. But in R12 instance I could not see STD task type menu in warehouse management system super user responsibility. If it correct please let me know navigation.
