Inbound cXML mods to account for extrinsics (PV_DC_POOM) Direct Connect

I would like to find out how to account for and update requisition tables for extrinsic values that we are receiving from third party direct connect vendors (Vinimaya in our case). We have been able to customize the outbound cXMLs to include extrinsics as required by Vinimaya. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
