You cannot log into the GUI because of too many incorrect password entries

If you are locked out of your account and can't get logged into the GUI because you entered an incorrect password too many times, here's how to unlock you account:
Log into the GUI using an administrator account, or use the default administrator account, with user ID "administrator" and password "pillar"  (without the quotes).  (If you receive the error "Invalid login name or password. Try again."  when logging in to the default administrator account with these credentials, then the default password has been changed.  In this case you will need to open a Service Request to have a TSC Engineer recover the administrator password.)
