Unable to Add a new Job in Work Structures > Job > Description

Hi Community,

I need to add a new job in our Oracle Application so I went to Work Structures > Job > Description. I then clicked the 'New' button. We only have Job Group so it is automatically populated. When I am about to populate the 'Name' field, the list of all existing jobs appeared. This is the reason why I cannot add a job.

Is there a way to add a new job in the front end and not using any PL/SQL Codes or API's?
