openssh and LOCK_AFTER_RETRIES

 Hi,
I'm now trying to use the LOCK_AFTER_RETRIES parameter in openssh login environment.

sshd_config file is as follows.

PubkeyAuthentication yes
AuthorizedKeysFile      .ssh/authorized_keys
PasswordAuthentication no

User can only log-in by using public/private key system.
Then, I want to use LOCK_AFTER_RETRIES=YES in /etc/security/policy.conf

Can I use this parameter in openssh environment?

OS: Solaris10
CPU: Xeon
MODEL: X4170
Software: openssh 6.1p1

Thanks!
