Error 3485 error "UNIT OF MEASURE STRUCTURE NOT DETERMINED"

Hello,
Please help me with this issue.

When the client is trying to issue an item through P31113 when the lot# is already attached via R31410, it goes through successfully.
But in case the lot# is not there and he selects the lot# in the run time in P31113 he is getting the error stated above.
