Siebel Document Server Query

Hi Team,
Need suggestion on below requirement:

We have to install document server in two other environments. But the windows host has already got CTI installed in it and we need clarification whether it is recommended by Oracle Siebel to install another instance of Siebel document server in the same host.

Please suggest the impacts of having two instances on same server.
