Oracle Siebel 8.2.2.3 - problem with displaying values on the view in application.

We use Oracle Siebel 8.2.2.3 and we have such a problem in our application: 

There is a view, which has 2 applets: list and form.The form shows details of the record, which was selected on the list.

There is one record, which has few fields, which values are not displayed. This fields are joined with multi-value link. These values are not visible on the list applet too. We were able to find missing values in database.

It is possible to find this this record in the application with values found in the database. The problem was found just in one record. Unfortunatelly it is not possible to change the values in the application (problem was noticed in the prod environment - no aggrement to edit).
