ODA - Change oracle UID / GID supported?

Hi,

We have a central management server(Unix) for our managementscripts which is available thru NFS on every unix host.

Standard we use a specific UID and GID for the oracle unix user, so the oracle user has everywhere the same UID/GID

The UID of the oracle user on the ODA is (off course) different then the one we are using as our standard. I think it is possible to adjust this.

I just wonder if it is supported by Oracle. In other words will this cause any problems with future patches?
