cost centre is not possible in search

Anybody know if there is an enhancement request for the following:Choosing "All Targets", the left hand pane shows no "Cost Centre" 
We have all our targets divided into Cost Centre for the SLA type.
But if an adminitrator does not fill this field in correctly, the target is not propagated into the correct Administration Group. 

So were can I see a view of my targets on the basis of a target property which is not in the list of "All Targets"?
