Grid Import Limit

We are trying to import our budgets for a new division and have approximately 10000 lines to import.  We are suddenly getting errors on the grid import limit saying 1000 is the limit, but have in the past imported 10's of thousands without issue.  The 1000 line limit is way too low.  Has anyone gotten around that?
