Open UI issue in Firefox Browser

Team

         I have an open UI Application is working all environemnts and all Browsers (IE,Chrome,and Firefox). But on of my QA exnvironment open UI is not opening in Firefox, its opening in IE and chrome.

this is happening only in QA environment and only for firefox. Attach the screenshot and please help meto give somelight to fix this issue.
