Agile 9.3.1.1 Single Sign On

We want to enable Single Sign On for Agile 9.3.1.1 running on Solaris application server with Weblogic.  we are on a cluster and using a load balancer.

I have the documentation, but need to know if installing OAM is the best way to do this.   if I use OAM, do I still need to deploy NTLM?
