Enable Parent Team Inheritance

From the help file:

"Enable Parent Team Inheritance

Select this option to enable Opportunity and Contact teams to inherit Account team members. When enabled, any new team member added to the Account team will be also be added to every account-related Contact and Opportunity team. "

 

Good Morning,

We want our users to create an Opportunity from the Account page as well as from the Opportunity tab.

The owner of the Oppty. should be the same as the Account owner linked to the Oppty. (irrespective of who creates the record), also some tasks are automatically generated via a workflow for the user to complete. These are also owned by the  Account Owner (option on creating task allows assignment directly to Account Owner, so nothing is required there)
