11.5.10.2 : Error while applying extended support patches

We are in the process of applying extended support patches and while applying the patch 3333633 (Patch 11i.HR_PF.J: Patch 11i.HR_PF.J) we get the below error.

There are now 5768 jobs remaining (current phase=A12):
    1 running, 0 ready to run and 5767 waiting.

   FAILED: file perkpiclient.jar on worker  2 for product per username HR.
Restarted: file perimage.jar on worker  3 for product per username HR.
Restarted: file fndcct.jar   on worker  4 for product fnd username APPLSYS.
   FAILED: file perimage.jar on worker  3 for product per username HR.
   FAILED: file fndcct.jar   on worker  4 for product fnd username APPLSYS.
