Creating new custom hotkeys in Siebel 7.8.2.x ...

Hello,

We have a requirement where we need to create a few Siebel Custom shortcut (hotkeys) for our users. We have created some new custom buttons for multi-delete (OOB is only single delete) etc. To save time, users wants to have shortcut keys so that they dont have to use the mouse. Any idea how to create new custom shortcut (hotkey) in Siebel 7.8.x?

I read that in Siebel 8.0, we have a business service which we can use to accomplish this functionality along with Tools > Command Object. I could not find a similar business service in Siebel 7.8.x.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
