Importing Component Locators

is there a program to import a list of components and thier locators?  Example.  The BoM has 50 individual components, each component has a locator, ranging from 1 -  120.  Is there a way to get all 50 components and the associated locators loaded into JDE in one transaction?  If so, what is the application or report?  

Currently we import the locators by item on the BoM.  As the BoM are growing this is getting extremely time consuming and riddled with errors.   I just wanted to check before I had a customized program created.
