Default RTP to Alias

I have some users that want all of the selection boxes for RTPs, to show the alias instead of Member ID.  I showed them to go to the Display Properties in the Member Selection(attached screenshot) but they don't want all of the users to have to do that.  Is there a way to default all of these to the alias rather than having the users change it themselves?
