Extra Life Event Info

Has anyone created an Extra Life Event Info DDF EIT?  We have an Operations event and I want to see if an EIT can store reasons why the event was run?  E.g. enroll child, de-enroll spouse, found another job, etc

I created a segment and registered the INFORMATION_TYPE, but I can't pull the DFF into the Life Event Reasons Screen when querying an life event.

Any help is appreciated.
