Renderer for Open UI List Applet, in Form instead of List

Has anyone created or found a renderer that would replace the jqgridrenderer for a list applet so that the information is presented in a scrolling form instead of a list grid?  Similar to what is here in this forum where you can see the question and response.  I am doing this for Activities.
