How to Provision users from OID to EBS ? - Please Help?

 Hello All

I have registered EBS 11i (11.5.10.2) to OID 11gR1 (11.1.1.6.0), after following integration note : Registering Oracle EBS 11i with OID 11gR1 and SSO [ID 1536984.1].  But keep getting errors from OID to EBS user provisioning. This note suggests that if you are on EBS RUP7 then apply SSO 10g Patch 6936696. 

I am trying to integrate EBS 11i with OAM 11gR2 and EBS AccessGate, note [ID 1536941.1 ]

My question is - I am not integrating EBS 11i with Oracle Application Server 10g but using OAM 11gR2, So Do I still need to apply this patch 6936696 to EBS 11i?.
