Patch 12849199 : R12 : OPM / GMD : Invalid PL/SQL Objects for Simulator if #7254259 is not applied f

If you are an OPM customer, then there is a problem with the current version ofNote #1549938.1  ("About Oracle Inventory, Receiving and WMS: Logistics RUP6 or INV/RCV RUP6")

In the 'Process Manufacturing (OPM)' section, this Note states that Patches 7254259
and 12849199 are required or highly recommended.

Unfortunately Patch 7254259 (actually 7254259:R12.GMD.B) has not yet been generally
released, but if you go ahead and apply 12849199 (12849199:R12.GMD.B) without first
applying 7254259 you will find that PL/SQL Package Bodies relating to the Simulator code
become Invalid and can not be compiled.

Note #1549938.1 as it currently stands is incorrect - Patches 7254259 and 12849199
