Build Payments Program completes with error “Build program error: Unable to insert documents payable

I was wondering If you could help me solve this problem.

 

Issue

-          The Build Payments Program completes with error “Build program error: Unable to insert documents payable of the provided payment service request into database” for a large payment batch.

 

Concurrent log file got the following errors.

-          Build program error:  Cannot insert documents for payment service request.

-          Build program error: Unable to insert documents payable of the provided payment service request into database.

 

The payment we’re trying to process has 85 lines. We’re wondering is this may be the problem??

 

We have checked and applied Patch 9552440 from note “
