RAC to RAC cloning of database

I want to create the clone of my production database to new hosts.

PROD = 2 nodes RAC 10g

TEST = 2 nodes RAC 10g

Kindly tell me how can I do it, I was reading the document: ID 388431.1 which says we need the target database to be connected during the process of duplication. I am having RMAN backup of full db from prod, now any possibility to do create database from this rman backup on new host with same db ids as in production?
