Fund Checker

Hi Team,

After encumbrance carry forward fund available become negative due open PRs.

Our question is all the approved PR reserved fund hence when it is autocreating as PO will refer the
concern PR which already reserved the budget. Ideally it will fund check  will pass through.

Now. in the system fund availability negative PO autocreating fund checking getting failed even though PR reserved the fund... 


How fund checker work in this scenario ? (whether it is checking first PR reserved encumbrance or available fund)
