Not able see receipts for a remittence batch in R12

Hi,

When we selected remittence batch and click on Receipts , not getting any receipts.

- In R12 - the receipt does not appear in remittance batch even beofre it is cleared from CM.
- In 11i - the receipt continues to appear in remittance batch even after it is cleared from CM.

Can any one help us why it is happening like that. Is there any patch is there or are we missing any details.
