INVSDOIO.fmb not compiling due to errors

 Hi,

Apps 12.1.3

Please find the form compilation error in auploaded in text file.

Found that the patch 16084364 did not copy the INVSDOIO.fmb, as its version is higher than the file in patch 16084364.
But still form compilation failed, when tried compiling it manually on Patch instance.
