Connect to AS400 (using iSeries Access ODBC Driver) from Oracle on Windows 2008R2(64bit)

Hi,

I am doing a project to migrate Oracle Database from 10.2.0.3.0(32bit) running on Windows 2003R2 (32bit) to 10.2.0.5.0(64bit) running on Windows 2008R2 (64bit).

The original Oracle Database 10.2.0.3.0(32bit) was connecting to IBM AS400 System using 'iSeries Access ODBC Driver' via Oracle HSODBC.

A few database links were created to connect to AS400 PROD and DEV environment. A few materialized views were created using the database links and retrieve data from AS400 System.

After the database migration, the Oracle Database 10.2.0.5.0(64bit) is NOT able to connect to AS400 System using the same manner.

I got the following error while I tested the database links:
