error while choosing serial# on order line item list applet(IN 8119 OUI or 8119 HI obj mgr)

 Hi ,

We have recently installed 811.9+all 5 QF and one OUI QF and we are getting below error  while choosing serial# on order line item list applet. So, we are not able to add line items with serail#. (we do not have this problem in our previous environment i.e 811.2 and after moving from 811.2 to 811.9 we havn't done any object changes.)
