Can we delete the records in table S_CM_INBND_EVT?

Hi all,

We used to have issues for exchange server, which caused a lot of records stuck on table S_CM_INBND_EVT with Queued status,can we just delete them from this table? Any othe relevant tables we need deal with? Or any files.

Plus, can this cause Communication Inbound performance issue?

Please confirm those.
