11.5.10.2 : ORA-29553: class in use when applying HRMS Family Pack K 11i.HR_PF.K (3500000)

When applying the HRMS Family Pack K 11i.HR_PF.K (3500000) , the following errors are presented in the log file:
FAILED: file perimage.jar on worker 10 for product per username HR.
FAILED: file perkpiclient.jar on worker 13 for product per username HR.

Each worker log presents:
