please it's urgent ....failed to deploy 12c grid control agent

hello all,
I have a dead line to upgrade all our databases to 12c grid control ..i have a database installed on linux ia64 Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.4 (Tikanga) 2.6.18 164.el5, the only packages I found on oracle.com is linux86 and linux 86-64 .. i tried to use this one to deploy the agent by adding targets from grid control but it failed with the following error:


Error Message:/bin/sh: /apps/oracle/product/10.2.0/EMagent/ADATMP_2013-06-24_12-50-19-PM/unzipTmp/unzip: cannot execute binary file

Exit Code :126


please if anyone has any suggestion please tell me..
