11.5.10.2 : Patch #14536424 needs to be undone

Hi,
Support, patch#14536424  was applied without pre-req & hot patch mode, and we were expecting a  warning but didnt got the warning as prompt.
We need to now  undo the changes made by patch and need to check

Please suggest
