Project Status Inquiry(PSI) showing Rejected commitments

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question
In project status inquiry form, when i drill down to see commitments I am able to see Rejected requisitions also. The problem is Available or Unused budget is also showing incorrect. Is there any other way to see available budget amount.
Also please provide if there is any API to find Available Project Budget amount. The project status inquiry views are depended upon "PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts" request to reflect correct figures. I want to calculate/retrieve Available Project budget runtime using API/script/query.
