User Data for Sales Order Pick Transaction (Transact Move)

 I need to write some code to monitor the warehouse user processing performance, but have noticed that Sales Order Pick transaction types link to the user account that release the sales order (assume that it picks up that ID when it creates the Pending Transaction?).

is anyone aware of where I can locate the user ID for the person that actually completes the sales order pick (via scanner or transact move form)? I have looked into the MTL_TXN_REQUEST_LINES table, but this still appears to only show the user ID who has the Order Release SRS program running.
