Product Hub stand-alone installation?

hello!

i've just installed VISION EBusiness Suite demo to play around with PIM/Product Hub.
now i'm wondering if it's possible to lounch PIM in stand-alone mode - i mean without all that EBS stuff...
i've found quite interesting topic in [1264683.1] but it's not clear for me.

as i understand Product Hub is available only as a component of EBS application stack (let's skip the Fusion Applications version), so to install it as stand-alone i expect i need to choose component licensed mode and check Product Hub component while installing EBS.
am i correct?
