Direct Debit Letters showing 'New Direct Debit' after first payment has been collected

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi,

I have an issue with the letters that are going out to customers where the wording is showing 'This is a New Direct Debit Payment' rather than knowing that previous collections have taken place. I believe that it is to do withe the fact that after the first collection the DD flag is not changing from '001' New to '017' Existing DD collection.

Can anyone help me to find out where this is picked up and changed within the Oracle system so we can get this changed as it is caussing complaint letters.
