OMS and OEM restarts

Good Morning BobB and All,

Last Friday before I left I had a spike in performance. There was a job running in the background(I think the notification manager) and it consumed quite a number of resources. Ended up making Grid a bit slow compared to the normal response. When I came in this morning the problem still persisted until around 9am when grid went down. After retarting through weblogic everything is OK now. The response time is normal and the PL/SQL block that was consuming most of the available resources is gone.

I'd like to know Bob if I should give OMS and OEM restarts say every month or something to move some of these things along. I would be very grateful for any suggestions.
