Safety Incident Tracking

I was wondering how other companies are using Oracle to track and record safety incidents. Currently, we are tracking them on an Excel spreadsheet and would like to entertain a more automated process that could also tie to employee HR data.  I am not aware of Oracle functionality specifically related to safety.
