Do I need Excel on Server (and which one) for Office attachments to FR Books

I have a fresh install of 11.1.2.2. Workspace on server1 and FR (Reporting and Analysis) on server2.We want to add MS Office documents to out FR books.  Servers are Windows 64 bit.
Office 2010 is compatible, yes?
Which server do I need to install Office 2010/ Excel on? (In 11.1.1.3 it was the server with the FR Print Server service).
