When applying the latest 1099 patch (15843022) there are 2 post patch application steps;

16057598 BACKPORTING THE FIX DONE FOR BUG16036823 IN R12
16281007 SUPPLIERS WITH THAN $600 FOR MISC14 ARE GENERATING 1099's-11i

Is is necessary to apply 16057598 given the title suggests it is for R12 only and I'm running 11.5.10.2?
