AutoReconciliation Program performance in R12.1.3

Hi,

We are facing performance issue after upgrading our application to R12.1.3 from R11.5.10.2

In R11 this program is completing in less then 20 min but the same program is taking 3-4 hrs in R12. I checked cevw.odf file version in our R12 env. It is 120.150.12010000.50.

Please let me know how we can improve performance.
